Here is a nice 1974 Negro Talking Commander . It includes the following:

• Nice AT Talking figure, C8. Talks fine. NO CRACKS! He is slightly loose, but poses fine. His right shoulder has been replaced with a Cotswold reproduction shoulder. It looks great! He has a rub on the left side of his head and his hair is thinning slightly under his chin and just barely on the back right side of his head.
• AT Commander jacket and pants, C7 and slightly faded. The pants are missing the female snap. Jacket is missing the AT sticker.
• Shoulder holster, C8
• Revolver, C9
• Short black boots, C8
• Dog tag, C9
