This set has been in my collection since 1998. The set comes with TM TM Navy Manual, first issue TM Gear and Equipment flyer, GI Joe Club flyer, first issue typed boot removal instructions, first issue rank insignia (without Printed in U.S.A) and ID ribbons. The figure is first issue with thick eyebrows, eyeliner, beefy hands and baby feet and one slotted shoulder. The work shirt is furst issue two pockets, two snaps adn three buttons, tagged GI Joe TM Hasbro Hong Kong. The dungarees are also the first issue twill variation with two front pockets and stitched back pockets. They are not tagged. The figure is also wearing first issue soft black rubber boots stamped Hong Kong on the heel. Lastly the figure is wearing a first issue cloth sailor cap. The box is in C7 condition with average wear.
